The benches M-107-CR are designed for testing and adjusting injectors of car-and-tractor diesel engines and Common Rail system diesel injectors: electromagnetic injectors manufactured by BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI and piezoelectric injectors manufactured by BOSCH, DENSO, SIEMENS dismantled from the engine.

The benches allow for checking the following parameters:

  • Injection start pressure;
  • The fuel atomization quality;
  • The clamping cone tightness;
  • Atomizer density on the clamping cone and the cylindrical part (pressure drop time).
  • Measurements with the M-107-CR bench are performed using a pointer pressure gauge.

To check the diesel injectors of the Common Rail system, the Common Rail Tester signal modulator is built into the benches. The signal modulator is used before disassembling and organizing injectors to pre-check the performability, approximate hydraulic density, degree of contamination or erosion of the atomiser holes. Once the injector has been assembled, the correct assembly is assessed by means of a modulator, if necessary the ball valve is “tapped” to the seat, the opening pressure of the atomiser is checked.

In the electronic unit of the Common Rail Tester signal modulator, the pulse duration, rate of the injector operations and number of operations are programmed.

When the injector being tested is connected to the device, the resistance of the electrovalve coil is automatically determined, which specifies the manufacturer and the control signal voltage parameters.

The Common Rail Tester signal modulator comes with two transparently insulated cables for electromagnetic injectors — with connectors for BOSCH and trucks injectors and two cables for piezoelectric injectors — with red insulation for SIEMENS piezo-injectors and with red insulation and red marks — for BOSCH piezo-injectors.
