The bench is designed for professional testing and adjustment of injectors of all types of diesel engines.

Allows for checking the following parameters:

injection start pressure and fuel atomization quality, tightness of the clamping cone (fuel droplet on the atomiser spout), hydraulic density of the clamping cone and the cylindrical part guide (time of pressure drop.

The bench measures the pressure with a high-precision pressure gauge, and the output is displayed on the electronic unit display. The injection start pressure is recorded on the electronic block display, while the pressure reading is stored until the electronic unit panel resets. When checking the tightness and hydraulic density, the pressure on the electronic unit is set and the pressure drop time is set according to the injector data sheet. When the set pressure is reached, an automatic countdown starts, after which the unit records the value of the residual pressure, which remains recorded on the electronic block display. The bench allows to determine the parameters of the tested injectors with high precision and facilitates the operator’s work.
